Gamer's Gambit Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction.  Here are the parameters:

We accept items for exchange within a reasonable timeframe* of purchase.  Please note that to return or exchange an item:

  • Though a receipt is not necessary, we must have a record of your purchase from GAMERS GAMBIT, INC. (we do not accept items purchased from other retailers). 
  • The item must be in saleable condition (with the exception of defective items).
  • You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification showing you are the purchaser. 

If you have purchased a defective item caused by the manufacturer or publisher, we suggest contacting the manufacturer/publisher directly, as it is the most efficient method of getting the issue resolved.  We can provide contact information for Customer Service for most publishers we deal with.  If you choose to resolve the issue through us, we will contact the manufacturer/publisher for you in order to resolve the issue. 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Collectible games (opened or sealed). This includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
    • Magic: the Gathering
    • Pokémon TCG
    • Yu-Gi-Oh!
    • CardFight! Vanguard
    • Dice Masters
    • Star Wars Destiny
  • Concessions
  • Event Fees
  • Preowned Items
  • Clearance items
  • Dinged/dented/"As Is" discount items

We will refund items to a Gamers Gambit gift card (preferred) or in the original payment method (debit/credit card, gift card, store credit, etc.).  If the original debit/credit card is not present, a refund will be provided to gift card.  Large cash refunds may be provided in the form of a GAMERS GAMBIT, INC. company check. 

GAMERS GAMBIT, INC. reserves the right to change this policy at any time, without notice.
